JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Job Title: Warehouse • Location: Garland • Hours and Days: 1st Shift and possibly overtime • Overtime pay is available • Description of Duties: • MUST be able to effectively LEAD and Manage a team of 4 to 6 individuals • Pull, pack, and stage orders for shipment • Package material for shipment according to shipping requirements • Accurately and legibly complete and maintain all forms and records • Inform supervisors of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem • Familiarize yourself with the tools, instrumentation and calibration equipment • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area • Must be able to understand and follow instructions to perform repeated tasks successfully and with minimal supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB: • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. • Basic math and communication skills required. • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail required. • Excellent organizational, time management, and customer relations skills are required. • Experience with power and hand tools is a plus. • Teamwork Communication Results-Oriented Problem Solving
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to lift and move up to 45 pounds PLUS. Stand for several HOURS with frequent bending, twisting, reaching, stooping; walk; use hands to grip. Regular vision requirements include the ability for close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjusting focus. Assignment completion bonus available
