Sydney, Australia, Job Title Senior Facilities Manager Job Description Summary Job Description The Senior Facilities Manager delivers facilities management services across a portfolio of owned and leased assets to meets the needs of Property and Development NSW and the Client Agencies. The role is responsible for management the building and equipment maintenance schedules, invoicing, contractor management, physical space and experience of the people within a given asset or portfolio. This role will support the Operations Management in the delivery of facilities management services across multiple site portfolios. The position will be responsible for meeting the contractual requirements and statutory and regulatory obligations of the sites / portfolio on a day-to-day basis whilst supporting the Integrated Facilities Management service line for Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of the client. About the role: Manage site operations, including scheduled and ad-hoc works, to ensure continuity of property services with minimum disruption to client business operations Undertake on-site property/asset inspections using agreed tool/template for respective portfolio, at agreed frequencies Manage and control budget and cost expenditure to contractual requirements for facilities management operations, for both preventative and reactive maintenance works at nominated sites. Manage within approved delegations. Monitor and implement asset management and ensure all preventative maintenance services are captured and delivered in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines / legislative requirements and site asset requirements Manage reactive maintenance via the Help Desk function and analyse data to ensure attendance and rectification times are met to ensure contractual compliance Management of escalations via the Help Desk (CXC), Client Agency representatives and stakeholders Review and approve quotes within delegated authority procedures Review and approve supplier invoices via the Converga and client Opex claim process Conduct property condition audits as per contract requirements Identify and support implementation of cost saves, innovation, and best practice Ensure that safety measures and systems are implemented in accordance with relevant legislation,policy, compliance, and customer safety requirements. Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments for the tasks associated with the works With a focus on client experience, effectively manage all client, landlord and supplier partner relationships About You: Minimum 5 yearsâ™ experience as a Facilities Manager and a minimum 2 yearsâ™ experience as a Senior Facilities Manager Control of major facilities or projects with multiple sites People management over a dispersed portfolio Knowledge of software systems relative to commercial property Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong client focus and customer experience mindset essential Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
