Australia, Job Title Facilities Operations Specialist Job Description Summary Seeking a Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team and provide high level administration and facilities support. Job Description The Facilities Operations Specialist will have responsibility for the management of the work order process and deliverables as well as provision of administrative support to the account team as required. About the role: In conjunction with key stakeholders manage activities and performance of Contractors to ensure continuity of services with minimum disruption to the clients’ business Schedule and facilitate regular work order review meetings with the FM team members. Ensure action items arising from the meetings are completed by relevant C&W team in a timely manner. Provide support and answer enquiries from Customer Experience Centre (CXC) agents/staff Escalate CXC performance issues to the Facilities and Asset Management Specialist providing details and evidence to support escalation. Provide feedback to affected stakeholders until the issue is closed Receive, action and respond to all overflow requests via phone, email and the JDE job request queues as a backup to the CXC in peak periods Review PPM work orders as part of the work order management process and ensure on time Vendor delivery of scheduled services Maintain data bases and undertake quality checks to ensure accuracy of information. About You: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a property customer service, contract management or facilities management role. Demonstrated experience in data analysis, report writing and the ability to interpret and maintain data bases will be highly regarded. Qualifications in Business Administration, Contract Management, Facility Management or equivalent industrial related experience beneficial. High proficiency in Microsoft suite in particular, Excel and Word Experience in Facilities Management and Financial Management platforms, advantageous A foundational understanding of financial management pertaining to operational service delivery. beneficial Ability to analyse and provide solutions to simple-medium problems Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
