About the role: We are currently seeking a Facilities Analysis / Coordinator to join our Wellington-based team. Reporting to the Contract Manager this role will support the successful delivery and coordination of the services of the contract. You will also be responsible for: Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Annual and any other reports for Contract Manager to review. Prepare annual PM budgets in conjunction with trades teams. Attend client and tenant meetings. Review and validate monthly reporting KPI’s on a weekly basis. Monitor action points to completion with escalation to Contract Manager. Support PPM management and completion to invoicing stage. Invoice or WIP issues are proactively managed/escalated as required. Client is invoiced for all completed works in the month completed. Liaise with the internal stakeholders – CXC, Finance and Facilities Services on queries. To be successful in this role you will have: MS Office – Word and Excel, PowerBi or similar reporting tool. Working knowledge of JDE or a similar financial package. A minimum of two years in a facilities or property administration or customer service role would be beneficial. Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
