Australia, Job Title Customer Experience Consultant Job Description Summary The Customer Experience Centre (CXC) has designed to deliver a high-quality customer experiences in the delivery of integrated facilities management. The CXC operates 24 hours, 7 days per week and provides a central point for over 40 Cushman & Wakefield clients to log and request work requests for property maintenance and workplace services. The CXC also managers vendor operations for the service contractors used in the delivery of the services to clients. Over 500,000 work and service orders are managed annually. Job Description About the role The Customer Service Officer is responsible for management of all incoming client communications within a facilities management team for a hospital based in Herston. This role will provide administrative assistance to all aspects of the facilities management team and reports to the Performance, Reporting & Compliance Manager. The role requires someone who thrives in a busy environment, can work independently and is confident in their ability to multi-task and prioritise. What You’ll Be Doing Management of client enquires via phone, email and face to face Raising purchase orders within management system Reviewing job orders in SharePoint Processing pre-populated work orders in management system Closure of reactive works orders in a timely manner Extracting reports from work order management system Management of the works in progress report (WIP) Assist with archiving of historical documents Front of house reception duties including greeting visitors and accepting deliveries Data entry/extraction About You At least 2 years in a similar administrative based role from any background Ability to manage workload with minimum supervision; Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel essential) High level of attention to detail Highly organised person Adobe InDesign highly regarded Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
