What We’re Looking For:
Professional and polished office presence with excellent communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Minimum 6 months of on-site apartment leasing experience required
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct apartment tours and leasing presentations
Lease and pre-lease apartments, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
Identify qualified leads through referrals, networking, and marketing
Maintain a strong closing ratio to meet community goals
Assist with resident events, social media marketing, and brand management
Monitor parking and community areas , ensuring compliance with policies
Communicate professionally with residents, team members, and property managers
Ensure adherence to Fair Housing Laws and company policies
Requirements:
Multi-family leasing experience is a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software ( Yardi, Onsite, or similar )
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Go-getter attitude with a passion for leasing and sales
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bilingual candidates are a plus
