CXC Talent Solutions is currently seeking several Housekeepers in Aubrey — North Frisco area to manage the overall upkeep and curb appeal of the apartment communities. CXC Talent and our clients are looking for an enthusiastic go getter people who enjoy being hands-on and have an eye for detail. Are you ready to start your new career?
The ideal candidate will have experience completing all different maintenance tasks according to the position. You must be organized, able to work alone and with a team, follow directions, be resident service focused and have good interpersonal skills. You must have a passion for quality and service.
Housekeeper Responsibilities:

Cleans the property Leasing office, restrooms, laundry rooms, model apartments and property common areas on a defined schedule.
Cleans vacant apartment units for showing and for new residents.
Reports any maintenance problems to the supervisor.
Assists with inventory and supplies control.
Help and maintain the overall property curb appeal.
Keep and maintain all common areas cleaned and organized.
Perform preventive maintenance as needed.
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician as requested.
Assist with apartment make-readies as requested–trash out vacant units, caulk/regrout, check appliances and smoke detector, replace parts, etc.
Housekeeper Skills Required:

Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment used to perform job duties.
Experience in housekeeping or janitorial duties and responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail and safety concerns.
Able to stay organized and meet deadlines.
Excellent customer service skills, and able to communicate with coworkers, residents and/or vendors as needed.

Technical/Educational Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Physical Demands and working Conditions:

Standing, walking, going up/down the stairs, climb or balance
Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds

Other Requirements:

Valid non-expired Driver License or State issued ID.
Reliable transportation
Hand/Power tools
Able to work indoors/outdoors in different climate conditions
Bilingual (English/Spanish), a PLUS – but not required.
