Dallas, Texas, Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist – Distribution Location: Dallas, TX | 100% Onsite Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
CXC Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support warehouse and operations functions for a construction/distribution company in Dallas. This fully onsite role focuses on 3-way matching of purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices , working closely with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely payments. DDI experience is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:

Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, packing slips, and vendor invoices
Verify receipt of materials and reconcile discrepancies with warehouse/purchasing teams
Enter, code, and process invoices in the accounting system
Prepare ACH and paper check runs
Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on missing or incorrect invoices
Complete new vendor setups and maintain organized AP records
Assist with month-end close and audit documentation
Communicate with vendors regarding billing and payment status
Qualifications:

2+ years of AP experience, preferably in construction, warehouse, or materials-based operations
Strong understanding of 3-way matching processes
Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems; construction accounting systems a plus
DDI experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
