Professional and polished office presence.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
Minimum of 6 months of on-site apartment leasing experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct apartment tours and secure leases.
Present, explain, and complete lease and renewal paperwork .
Walk apartments, identify needed improvements , and report issues.
Generate leads through referrals, networking, and outreach marketing .
Maintain a strong closing ratio to meet community leasing goals.
Plan, schedule, and organize resident events and functions .
Utilize social media marketing to boost traffic and enhance brand presence.
Maintain a professional demeanor while assisting property management.
Monitor parking for unauthorized vehicles and inform residents of work progress.
Adhere to all company policies and Fair Housing Laws.

Requirements:

Multi-family leasing experience required .
Must be 18 years or older .
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) .
Experience with community software (such as Onsite, Yardi) .
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Go-getter attitude with an aggressive leasing approach .
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation .
Ability to stand, walk, talk, write, and interact with residents & staff .
Bilingual Required
