We’re seeking candidates with a solid foundation in property leasing and a natural talent for customer care. The ideal professional is someone who can handle a fast-paced leasing office with confidence and integrity, and who understands the importance of delivering a seamless resident experience.

Minimum of 6 months of leasing experience in the multifamily housing industry

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

A professional, polished presentation

Familiarity with leasing platforms (Yardi, Onsite, RealPage, etc.)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

What You’ll Be Doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Touring apartment homes and guiding prospective residents through their options

Managing the leasing process from inquiry to signed lease

Following up with leads via phone, email, and on-site visits

Supporting marketing initiatives, resident events, and online engagement

Collaborating with property staff to meet occupancy goals

Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
